A JOURNEY DEEP INSIDE YOURSELF
It has been 20 years since my first Past Life Regression, and to this day I am still receiving insights from the experience.
Whether you choose to look at this healing through the belief of reincarnation or assume that it is simply allegory with which to contextualize life lessons, Past Life Regression is an incredibly insightful experience on your journey of self discovery. How your session unfolds is as unique as the person going through it. Our time together will consist of guiding you into a state of focus relaxation where you are able to speak and be conscious at all times. The majority of the time will be the participant sharing their experience. I will guide the session by prompting you with open ended questions that will enrichen and bring forth your inner world experience.
Such as:
- How do you feel?
- What do you sense?
- Can you see anything?
- What smells come to mind?
In addition to the visceral details of the experience, there is great emotional, spiritual and life wisdom that is shared during this session. Even though the details might be considered from another time and place, the lessons are always relevant to you and your current day life.
Common feedback is the feeling of being pensive and reflective for the remainder of the day. It is recommended that you allow yourself plenty of time after your Past Life Regression to relax and not plan anything afterwards. Each appointment is 2.5-3 hours in length, but passes in the blink of an eye.
The session is 2.5-3 hours in length and includes a provided recording
Cost $420 + HST
Hypnosis is a natural state of being every single person finds themselves in at various times in the day, everyday. At no point will you lose consciousness or control. You will be alert and aware of what is happening throughout the entire process. If at any point you feel you wish to stop you can simply ask and we will end the session
Whether you believe in our existence outside of this life, space and time the therapeutic benefits of this work are very effective. Some schools of thought say that the stories that come through past life regressions can be simply made up to provide context to what’s going on in your mind. You are the only one that can decide how you feel on the subject, but regardless of your personal conclusion, the effects are still very beneficial.
During a past life regression, we used your minds eye to travel inwards. There are different ways that the process unfolds that do not involve visualization. For some people its just a knowing, for others it might be auditory or simply a strong feeling. Every individuals journey looks different and its uniqueness is honoured in the process.
A past life regression journey delves deeply into your sub-conscious mind. As a powerhouse of stored memories your sub-conscious mind will show you the experience that you are meant to have at that moment. No one tells you what to think, what you see or feel. You are the one going through the experience and narrating what is happening. This is all about you and only you.
Trauma is something that can come up frequently when having a past life regression. Trauma is part of physical exsistance. As a trained councelor, as well as a past life regression therapist I can help you work through the emotions that can occur during this work.
A past life regression can help put into new context many different aspects of your life. Providing you a new perspective on patterns that show up for you is something that this work can be highly effective with. In the context of relationships, past life regression can delve deeper into soul groups, and the different dynamics a relationship with your loved ones can hold.
